Aryé Terms of Service

Welcome to Aryé. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Types & Right of Withdrawal

1.1 Custom-Made (User Uploads)

Earrings created based on an image, sketch, or specific design uploaded by the customer are considered fully personalized. Because of their unique nature, these items are exempt from the right of withdrawal. All sales for custom-made items are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for change of mind or incorrect choices made by the customer.

1.2 Aryé Collection (Standard Designs)

Items purchased from our standard catalog (“Aryé Collection”) are made-to-order but are considered standard designs. For these items, customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day the order is delivered. To use this right, the customer must notify Aryé within 14 days and return the item in new, unused condition. The customer pays for return shipping. Personalized adjustments (e.g., custom engravings) on collection items void this return right.

2. Uploaded Designs

  • By uploading any image, sketch, or design, the customer guarantees that:
    1. They own the design or
    2. They have permission to use it or
    3. The design is free to reproduce without infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • The customer assumes full legal responsibility for any uploaded material and agrees to indemnify and hold Aryé harmless against any claims, damages, legal fees, or losses arising from intellectual property disputes related to the uploaded design.
  • Aryé creates custom pieces based solely on customer-provided images. Aryé does not verify design ownership and is not liable for any potential copyright, design right, or trademark infringements originating from customer-provided materials.
  • Aryé may use any uploaded design for commercial purposes, including advertising, marketing, and product showcases.

3. Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse

  • Aryé reserves the right to decline any order for any reason, even after payment.
  • If an order is declined, the full amount will be refunded as quickly as possible, and the customer will be notified with an explanation.

4. Image Quality & Proportions

Our experts strive to create earrings that correspond as closely as possible to the uploaded image. To ensure the best aesthetic result, the following priorities apply:

4.1 Design Integrity & Dimensions

To prevent distortion and ensure the jewelry accurately represents your image, we prioritize the aspect ratio (proportions) of the design over specific width measurements. We treat the requested length as the primary dimension. If the provided width conflicts with the natural proportions of the image, Aryé reserves the right to automatically adjust the width to maintain the design’s integrity.

4.2 Image Quality & Interpretation

If the uploaded image is low resolution or unclear, our experts will use their professional judgment to interpret details and fill in missing elements to make the design producible.

  • If an image is deemed unusable, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for providing clear images. Aryé is not responsible if the final product matches the provided photo but differs from the customer’s mental expectation due to low image quality or necessary proportional adjustments.

5. AI-Generated or Unrealistic Images

  • If an uploaded image is AI-generated or physically impossible to produce, small adjustments may be made to make it manufacturable.
  • If major adjustments are required, Aryé will cancel the order, issue a full refund, and notify the customer with an explanation.

6. Materials

  • All earrings are made with 925 sterling silver.
  • Gold versions are plated with 14k gold.
  • Stones are zirconia.
  • Pearls are synthetic.

7. Delivery

  • Production typically takes 14–21 business days.
  • Shipping takes an additional 3–10 business days depending on location.
  • Aryé is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Liability

We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@aryejewelry.com, including clear photos and a description of the issue. Aryé reserves the right to primarily replace the defective item with a new, flawless piece free of charge. If a replacement is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a full refund. Please note:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or small imperfections are normal characteristics of handcrafted jewelry and are not considered defects.
  • Damage caused by misuse, exposure to chemicals, or improper handling is not covered.
  • Aryé is not liable for indirect losses, delays, or issues caused by third-party carriers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and the EU (including GDPR).
